Terms of Service

The service

CatReel lets you generate images and videos with third-party AI models. You pay per generation from a prepaid credit balance. We may add, change or remove models and prices; the price shown before you generate is the price you pay.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• One person per account. Free starter credit is limited to one per person, device and network; we may withhold or remove bonus credit obtained through duplicate or automated accounts.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and payments

• 1 credit = US$0.01. Purchased credit does not expire.
• Free bonus credit (signup and referral) has no cash value, is for images only unless stated otherwise, and may be changed or ended.
• If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Purchased credit is generally non-refundable once used. Unused purchased credit may be refunded to the original payment method on request within 30 days of purchase — contact support@catreel.com. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may block prompts, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break it. Credits spent on blocked or abusive use may be forfeited.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts, uploads and outputs. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display them to you, and to send them to model providers so they can produce your results. AI outputs may not be unique, and similar outputs may be generated for others.

You are responsible for how you use outputs, including checking they don't infringe anyone's rights before commercial use.

Third-party models

Generations are produced by third-party providers. Output quality, speed and availability vary and are not guaranteed. Provider terms and usage policies also apply to your content.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Soni Auto Market Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using the service at any time. If we close the service, we will refund unused purchased credit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
