Acceptable Use Policy

Not allowed

• Deepfakes: realistic images or video of real, identifiable people (celebrities, politicians or private individuals) without their consent, or content that impersonates someone.
• Sexual or nude content of any kind.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, violent or exploitative context. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
• Content made to deceive: fake news footage, fake documents or IDs, scams, or election misinformation.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, or copies a living artist's work in a way that violates their rights.
• Instructions or imagery for weapons, self-harm or illegal activity.
• Abusing the service: multiple accounts to farm free credit, automated signups, reselling access, or trying to bypass safety filters or spending limits.

What happens

• Blocked prompts are not charged.
• Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, loss of bonus credit, and account suspension or closure. Purchased credit spent on prohibited content is not refunded.

Credits & refunds

• Failed generations are refunded automatically.
• A generation that runs successfully is charged even if you don't like the result — preview prices are always shown first.
• Unused purchased credit can be refunded within 30 days of purchase on request: support@catreel.com.
